-Office location (Building & Room Number):
-Location of computer (if different):
-Operating System on computer:
-Best possible description of problem:
Once you have followed these steps your
issue will be entered into the LAN Technologies Helpdesk system and one
of our techs will contact you to assist in resolving your issue.
