for activating and deactivating K-State central LAN accounts
How to apply
Use these forms to apply for or remove an account on the K-State central LAN. The forms are designed to be filled out online and then printed, signed, and sent to us though campus mail, faxed to us, or brought to our office in 212 Hale Library.
