Account Application form must be approved by your Departmental Resource Person (DRP), Desktop Support Professional (DSP), or Supervisor.
LAN ID must be the same as your eID.
Passwords must be changed after first login. Passwords must be at least 5 characters in length and should NOT be a word (in any language or dictionary), a phone number or a birthdate. See your DRP/DSP or Supervisor for assistance.
