Annual audit requirements |
| The annual audit is the basis for
determining the cost to each department and as a tracking mechanism of which products are
being used at K-State. This enables departments and central administration to
understand the effectiveness of the Novell/MHEC ALA. Items outside the Novell/MHEC ALA are
requested to help Computing and Network Services understand the utilization of Novell
products. Reporting for cost determination:
Reporting for license utilization (products added to the Novell/MHEC ALA automatically become audit items). This also aids in calculating the fiscal effect of discontinuing the Novell/MHEC ALA.:
Other Novell products being utilized. Full-time employee equivalents that do not show up in Human Resources reporting of employement at K-State. This would include groups that are considered separate corporations and some extension offices. |
